Fundraising
Our school is a non-profit charter school. We are always looking
for and accepting donations for our school, whether they be
monetary, equipment, facilities, et cetera.
If you would like to donate to our school, there are several
avenues:
1. Purchase from Amazon.com through our web site. When you
click on the link from our web site to visit Amazon.com and
make a purchase, some of that money is given back to our school.
2. Make a money payment to our school. If
you do so, you can receive a tax credit for your Arizona state
income taxes. This can be a yearly donation that you make
to the school, and can be claimed once a year on your taxes.

3. Shop through http://www.igive.com/.
Sign up with them, and they will make a donation for the school
every time you shop. Just type in Westwind Academy when you
sign up.
4. Make a donation of facilities or equipment. Since we are
a non-profit organization, you will receive a letter stating
what you donated to the school, with the financial amount
that you donated. You can use this letter when you itemize
on your income tax form to show donations to non-profit organizations.
When the community decides to invest in the students at the
local school, positive things can and do happen.
